U.S. stock markets registered high losses at the open on today morning.
Dow futures fell 197 points (1.22%), S&P 500 futures with 24 points (1.28%), while the Nasdaq 100 futures fell with 68 points (1.72%).
Invevtors will direct their atention on the comments which will come from the Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen on Wednesday and Thursday, when she will testify to Congress about the economic and monetary policy.
On the other hand, the Gold futures jumped to a 3 months high today.
European markets went down with around 1.5% in the early trading.
Few Asian markets ended higher. Nikkei ended higher with 1%.
China's foreign reserve hit the lowest level in 4 years, because of the Central Bank's decision to sell USD defending the Yuan and preventing an increasing in capital outflows. China will be closed for the entire week, due to China's Lunar New Year Holiday.
